Dr. Xin (Rex) Sun from North Dakota State University has an impressive background and research initiatives in agriculture technology. Dr. Sun's research interests include precision agriculture, artificial intelligence, robotics, automation/remote sensing in agriculture, and technologies for improving crop, livestock and food production. In some of his more recent research projects at the Sun Lab, he has been working with robotics and artificial intellegence, which includes working in the livestock industry for animal health purposes and also in the meat sector.
