Description
The Symposium, “One Health, One Voice: Leveraging Future Opportunities to Enhance Collaborations,” was conducted on November 2-4, 2021. Three days of presentations and discussions brought together a wide range of stakeholders to continue addressing antimicrobial resistance and stewardship.
Representatives included:
• Farmers, ranchers, producer organizations, and other industry leaders
• Veterinarians from both private practice and government
• Public health professionals
• Representatives of pharmaceutical and technology companies and diagnostic laboratories
• University researchers
• Extension specialists
• United States regulatory personnel from both the state and national levels
These individuals remain committed to connecting leaders from animal, human, and environmental health organizations. The Antibiotics Symposium allows collaboration on research, education, and communication endeavors.
